a decent stay, but some drawbacks

the location was very convenient, near many things. my room was equipped well. the beds were comfortable and the bed linen felt premium. i would consider staying here again.
the minibar was empty when i arrived. i was told it would be refilled, but it never happened. the restaurant was closed on sunday evening, so i ordered room service instead with a limited choice.

i appreciated the hotel's central location in a very nice area. The view overlooking the canal was especially nice to have. i found my room spacious and clean. it was well stocked with amenities. The décor felt modern and updated.

the hotel offers excellent proximity to major transportation hubs. S and u bahn stations are just a short walk away. i found many good restaurants nearby, including zum spatzle, a few blocks away.

the rooms are quite spacious and airy, perfect for relaxation after a long day. i had a super comfortable bed and soft pillows. it was nice to have a separate door for the wc in my room.

I found the staff very friendly! The location allowed me to walk to many central areas. I enjoyed the spacious and quiet room. It provided a relaxing retreat after busy days. The breakfast offered a amazing variety of choices. I especially appreciated the quality and presentation.
The room was quite warm. I think I should have adjusted the temperature control more.

The room featured two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also included. The room size allowed for comfortable movement. I never felt cramped.

The gym included several treadmills and stationary bikes. Key landmarks were visible from the gym. Public transport was easily accessible, with both S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations nearby!

The hotel's central location allowed easy access to the Altstadt and harbor area. A direct train route from the airport made arrival seamless. Many key attractions were within walking distance. I did not require a car.

The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time. I waited in line for twenty minutes. the minibar was empty upon arrival. when i ordered two beers through room service, i was charged an excessive nineteen euros.
